When we leave home, we’re either traveling, or we’re on holiday. Sometimes the two meet, but most often, our trips are firmly on one side or the other. For the Christmas/New Years beach vacations, we usually end up somewhere with a pretty nice pool. And for our trip to Grenada, I decided to spoil myself with the purchase of an Inflatable Lounger
Despite being inflatable, it’s far from the smallest or lightest item – Wendy thought I was a bit crazy for bringing it. But floating along with my traveller beer, I was the envy of all 3 other guests in the always-deserted Radisson Grenada Beach Resort.

The canopy is sort of useless – it always seems to fall into the water, but the recliner itself is super comfortable, and covered with a tough material that made it pretty invulnerable to punctures. The kids had a blast jumping on it (tipping me over), and I’m sure it’ll be part of our next beach vacation.
So long as I carry it 🙂

Looks very comfortable! I fear I’d fall asleep and float away to my doom if I used it on the beach though, haha.
