Hoa Sua Restaurant d'Application. This is a training school/restaurant for underprivileged youth. The setting is very romantic. The service is absolutely phenomenal. We had 4 waitresses at once, who were extremely concerned with the correct placement of our silverware/cutlery. Since we're more accustomed to dining at McDonald's than fancy restaurants, it was unnecessary - but pleasant!
