Pictures of Korea: We didn't have much luck finding trash cans anywhere we went - despite all the street vendors selling food. We're not sure where locals were throwing their garbage - certainly not on the ground, as the city was spotless. We ended up holding on to our garbage, until we finally saw a garbage can like this one inside a shopping mall.
